Belgaum Diocesan Social Service Society (BDSSS) initiated its social apostolate in a welfare mode. During the course, the process of the Organization shifted to developmental mode, focusing on integrated development including empowerment of rural and urban poor, through the process of awareness building, sensitization, education, animation, training and exposure with participatory approaches to development.
